When passing through the ports of entry in St. Maarten and Anguilla, all passengers must comply with the following requirements:

Valid Passport - Every traveller is required to present a valid passport.
- Appropriate Attire - Appropriate clothing is mandatory for entry. Appropriate clothing includes but is not limited to, a shirt & shorts for men/boys and a cover-up/wrap, shirt & shorts, or dress for women/girls. All private body parts must be covered. No see-through fabrics are allowed.
Failure to adhere to these requirements will result in travel being denied, with no possibility of refund.
Check-in procedure

A GB Ferries representative will greet you in the arrivals hall and escort you and your luggage to the purpose-built Anguilla-St Maarten Ferry Terminal, located just a few minutes away from the airport. Upon arrival at the dock, porters will securely transfer your luggage to the boat. Once inside the air-conditioned office, your passport, along with your StMartinbookings.com e-ticket, will be requested by the check-in staff. Once your details have been added to the manifest, your passport will be returned, along with the necessary immigration and customs forms required to enter Anguilla.
Please note: The above Meet & Greet/Transfer service is not available on Same Day Return fares

Passengers may check in at the Anguilla-St Maarten Ferry Terminal up to 60 minutes before the scheduled departure time in order to complete the necessary documentation and clear immigration. Simply present your StMartinbookings.com e-ticket and your passport to the GB Ferries check-in representative so they can prepare the manifest for your trip. Your passport will be returned to you, along with any immigration and customs forms required for entry into Anguilla. Check-in closes 30 minutes before the scheduled departure.

Passengers should present themselves at the GB Ferries kiosk at the Blowing Point Ferry Terminal at least 45 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Check-in closes 30 minutes before the scheduled departure. Your passport and StMartinbookings.com e-ticket will be required to prepare the manifest for the trip to St Maarten. Passports are returned prior to security screening and boarding. Upon arrival at the Anguilla-St Maarten Ferry Terminal, complimentary ground transportation is provided to the airport.
Note: Porters are available at both the St Maarten dock and on Anguilla to assist you with your luggage to/from the boat - gratuities are customary.
Luggage allowance
Ticket prices include 1x Personal Item + 1x Carry-on + 1x Checked Bag per passenger. Additional luggage is charged at US$35.00 per bag (payable locally before departure).
Cancellations
- 100% refund if cancelled more than 2 weeks before the first leg of your trip.
- 50% refund if cancelled less than 2 weeks but more than 48 hours before the first leg of your trip.
- No refund if cancelled less than 48 hours before the first leg of your trip or for No-shows.
Exceptions are only made in the case of weather conditions, if the ports are officially closed by the Harbour Master, making it unsafe to travel.

Flight Delays: In the event of a flight delay, clients will be accommodated on the next available departure at no additional charge.
Clients must notify GB Ferries immediately of any flight delay or disruption. -
Airline Cancellations: If a flight is cancelled by the airline, the client’s reservation will be transferred to the rescheduled travel date at no additional charge.
Clients must notify GB Ferries immediately of any flight cancellation and provide the updated travel details. -
All Other Changes: are subject to availability and will incur:
- A change fee of $48, plus
- Any applicable fare or price difference
